How to Size a Bra

How to Size a Bra

My wife has wanted me to write this for a while but I'm letting her take this one.
A Bra that is the wrong size can be very uncomfortable. If you've lost weight, had kids, gained weight, etc. your Bra size may have changed. Here is how to find out the right size for you.

Step
1

Band Size
To find your band size measure your rib cage (right under your bust)Add 5. If the number is odd add 1 so the band size is even.

Step
2

Cup Size
Put on your most comfortable bra. Measure around your bust at the fullest place. If the measurement is 1 inch more the cup size is an "A" 2 inches more means a "B" 3 inches more is a "C" and so on.

Step
3

Double Check
Always try on a bra before buying it. The band should git snugly enough to offer support without weighing too heavily on the shoulders. A good rule of thumb is to be able to run your fingers around the inside of the band.
